A Lufthansa Airbus 350-900, registration D-AIVB performing flight
LH-476 from Munich (Germany) to Vancouver,BC (Canada), was climbing out of Munich's runway 26R when the crew stopped the climb at FL100 reporting they had not been able to retract the landing gear. The aircraft returned to Munich for a safe landing on runway 26L about 45 minutes after departure.
The flight was cancelled.
The aircraft remained on the ground for about 21 hours before returning to service.
