An Air Nostrum Canadair CRJ-1000 on behalf of Iberia, registration EC-LKF performing flight
IB-8715 from Munich (Germany) to Madrid,SP (Spain) with 58 people on board, was climbing out of Munich's runway 08R when the crew stopped the climb at about 7000 feet due to a cracked windshield. The aircraft returned to Munich for a safe landing on runway 08R about 45 minutes after departure.
A replacement CRJ-1000 registration EC-MJQ reached Madrid with a delay of about 3:10 hours.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground about 22 hours after landing back.
