A Ryanair Boeing 737-800, registration EI-IKJ performing flight
FR-7073 from Porto (Portugal) to Dublin (Ireland), was climbing out of Porto's runway 35 when the transponder of the aircraft transmitted the code for unlawful interference. The crew stopped the climb at FL120 and returned to Porto for a safe landing on runway 35 about 35 minutes after departure and taxied to a remote stand.
The aircraft remained on the ground for about 2 hours, then departed again and reached Dublin with a delay of about 2:20 hours.
The airline reported a false security report that was quickly resolved. The aircraft reached Dublin with a delay of 2:33 hours.
