A Srilankan Airlines Airbus A330-300, registration 4R-ALP performing flight UL-563 from Colombo (Sri Lanka) to Paris Charles de Gaulle (France), was departing Colombo's runway 04 when the crew reported a low tyre pressure indication. The crew continued the flight to Paris, where the aircraft landed on runway 09 about 11 hours later.

The return flight UL-564 was cancelled. The aircraft remained on the ground until Jan 1st 2024 before returning to service 14 days after landing in Paris.

Sri Lanka's AIB reported that after landing an engineer identified tyre #7 as deflated. The occurrence was rated an incident and is investigated by the Sri Lanka's AIB.
