A Swiss International Airlines Airbus A321-200, registration HB-IOO performing flight
LX-1727 from Rome Fiumicino (Italy) to Zurich (Switzerland) with 180 people on board, was accelerating for takeoff from Rome's runway 25 when the crew rejected takeoff at about 80 knots over ground due to problems with the thrust levers. The aircraft slowed safely, vacated the runway at the end, taxied to the holding point again and departed from runway 25 about 35 minutes after the rejected takeoff.
