U4-714 from Biratnagar to Kathmandu (Nepal) with 30 people on board, was climbing out of Biratnagar's runway 09 when the crew stopped the climb at about 5000 feet, shut one of the engines (PW127F) down and returned to Biratnagar for a safe landing on runway 09 about 25 minutes after departure.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Biratnagar about 4 hours after landing.
