An Air Canada Boeing 737-8 MAX, registration C-GEHY performing flight AC-970 from Vancouver,BC (Canada) to Puerto Vallarta (Mexico) with 168 people on board, was climbing out of Vancouver's runway 26L when shortly after takeoff the crew detected both autopilots were not working. The crew stopped the climb at FL270 and returned to Vancouver for a safe landing on runway 26L about one hour after departure.

The Canadian TSB reported a corroded elevator pressure switch was found and replaced, the electrical pressure switch connector was also replaced.
