A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-GGFJ performing flight QK-7932 from Montreal,QC to Quebec City,QC (Canada) with 64 passengers and 4 crew, landed on Quebec City's runway 06. While attempting to turn off the runway onto high speed turn off A the aircraft skidded and went off the runway and came to a stop on grass.

The Canadian TSB reported: "After landing on runway 06, the aircraft was about to exit via taxiway A. As it approached taxiway A, speed was approximately 40 knots and when the turn was attempted, the aircraft continued straight ahead for a while. The pilot attempted to to turn towards the centre of the runway but the aircraft continued straight ahead. The pilot then attempted to stop the aircraft at low speed, with no option but to end up in the grass. The aircraft exited the runway at low speed just past taxiway A. The aircraft became stuck and emergency emergency vehicles were deployed. The passengers quickly disembarked onto the grass and were transported to the terminal. There were no injuries. The plane was subsequently towed away."

The aircraft returned to service on Aug 23rd 2024.
