A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-GJZF performing flight QK-368 from Fort St. John,BC to Vancouver,BC (Canada), was enroute at FL250 about 40nm east of Prince George,BC (Canada) when the crew received caution messages for pitch trim, elevator feel, roll spoiler inboard, rudder control, and No. 1 rudder hydraulics. The crew worked the related checklists, declared PAN and diverted to Prince George for a safe landing about 20 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported: "Company maintenance traced the issue to a faulty electronic flight control unit that had recently been installed. The unit was replaced."
