A Jetsmart Airbus A320-200, registration CC-AWC performing flight
JA-3202 from Ushuaia,TF to Buenos Aires Aeroparque,BA (Argentina), was accelerating for takeoff from Ushuaia's runway 07 when the crew rejected takeoff at high speed (about 105 knots over ground). The aircraft slowed safely and returned to the apron.
Argentina's JST reported the takeoff was rejected after a bird was ingested into one of the engines (V2527) causing damage to the fan blades.
The aircraft returned to service on Jan 26th 2025.
