A Ryanair Boeing 737-800, registration EI-EFJ performing flight
FR-4754 from Tenerife South,CI (Spain) to Bristol,EN (UK), was climbing out of Tenerife's runway 07 when the crew stopped the climb at FL150 but continued along the route. After about 20 minutes at FL150 the aircraft climbed to FL260 maintaining about 290 knots over ground and set course to Malaga,SP (Spain) where the aircraft requested emergency services on stand by and was vectored for a safe landing on runway 13 (longest of Malaga) at a higher speed than normal (about 170 knots over ground).
A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration EI-DYP resumed the flight as FR-476 and reached Bristol with a delay of 6.5 hours.
The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground for about 8 hours, then positioned to Cork (Ireland) climbing to FL380.
