A Westjet Encore de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-GENK performing flight WS-3282 from Prince George,BC to Vancouver,BC (Canada) with 82 people on board, was enroute just prior to top of descent when the crew noticed a caution indication for the #2 hydraulic isolation valve and the #2 hydraulic quantity reduced to 10%. The crew worked the related checklists, declared PAN PAN, performed a manual gear extension and continued for a safe landing at Vancouver.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance determined the right main landing gear actuator was leaking and replaced the actuator.
