A Binter Canarias Embraer ERJ-195-E2, registration EC-OEC performing flight
NT-258 from Las Palmas,CI to Fuerteventura,CI (Spain) with 124 passengers and 5 crew, was lined up on runway 03R waiting for departure.
A Beech 300 performing navigation aid calibration checks was on final approach to runway 03R while performing a departure instrument check, stopped the descent over the threshold and overflew the runway as well as the E295 waiting on the runway.
According to ADS-B data the Beech 300 reached a minimum altitude of 112 feet MSL over the touch down zone (corrected for ambient pressure 1017 hPa).
About 7 minutes after the E295 lined up runway 03R and about 3 minutes after the Beech 300 overflew the E295, the E295 departed and completed their flight without further incident.
The Beech 300 continued their measuring programme and landed about 90 minutes later.
Spain's CIAIAC opened an investigation into the occurrence stating there were 3 crew on board of the Beech 300.
