A Buzz Boeing 737-800 on behalf of Ryanair, registration SP-RKK performing flight
FR-4008 from Seville,SP (Spain) to Marrakesh (Morocco), was departing Seville's runway 27 when upon rotation one of the aircraft tyres burst also causing a hydraulic failure. The aircraft levelled off at 4000 feet, then entered a hold at 5000 feet before positioning for an approach to runway 27. The aircraft landed safely on runway 27 about one hour after departure.
Poland's PKBWL reported Spain's CIAIAC opened an investigation into the occurrence.
The occurrence aircraft was still on the ground in Seville 8 days later.
Spain's CIAIAC reported: "the BOEING 737-800 aircraft with registration SP-RKK suffered a blowout of one of the tires on the main landing gear during the takeoff maneuver. Following the blowout, the aircraft's hydraulic system failed. Specifically, two of the three hydraulic systems became inoperative. In response, the crew declared a MAYDAY and returned to Seville Airport, where they landed without further damage. Both the crew and passengers were unharmed."
