SK-2590 from Brussels (Belgium) to Copenhagen (Denmark), was climbing out of Brussels when the crew stopped the climb at about FL250 reporting they had a "bleed issue". ATC queried that they needed to declare emergency if they wanted to descend now, if they had to. The crew began the descent repeating they had a bleed issue further explaining pressurization problems. The crew declared PAN PAN and diverted to Amsterdam for a safe landing on runway 27 about 25 minutes after stopping the climb.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Amsterdam about 21 hours after landing.
